The “Layton Editor” is our side project and our means to make our main project “Thespian’s Curse”! Currently, it’s making great leaps and strides, thanks to our hacker team!
The current UI would allow the user to preview changes to the game as well as edit the contents on the fly! (Screenshot taken by Cervi)
This is honestly a really nice tool to use! I played around with it a bit and it’s matured to become quite powerful. I really hope this opens the door for other people to create their own Layton romhacks! I definitely had a ton of fun modifying the first puzzle of PB/DB slightly. The tool is also quite intuitive and powerful!
This looks realy cool! I am rooting for you! I would love to make my own layton game. Ace attoney games have objection.lol and more this seems to be a good step forward in terms of layton fan content!
